RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
SPV DESIGNS handles returns on a case by case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers -- our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to us. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products. An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations; you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will be looking into your complaint and will take an appropriate decision. We will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within four days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if returned to us.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
If the item you wish to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled by you. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy.
Customized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
